During that time, you can drive it for up to 10 days or 1000 miles and return or exchange it due to any major mechanical defect. A major mechanical defect is defined as a single repair that exceeds 80% of the vehicle purchase price. To return or exchange your vehicle, you must let us know before 5 p.m. EST on the 10th calendar day after receiving your vehicle. We cannot accept a return if the car has been modified, in an accident or damaged, altered from the condition it was delivered in, had a lien, or had a security as a loan, also known as an encumbrance, put on the vehicle.
